Scheduling & Reservations

  • Schedule your pet at least 1 week prior to your desired drop-off date
  • Email us at boarding@myvetcoble.com or call to speak with our boarding coordinator
  • This allows us to ensure proper staffing and availability

New Clients & Evaluations

  • A new client fee of $10.40 applies
  • Dogs must complete a Meet and Greet prior to their stay
  • Cats will be evaluated at drop-off, and owners must remain until the pet is safely settled

Evaluations can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours and must demonstrate the ability to:

  • Safely place and remove leads
  • Safely move in and out of kennel spaces
  • Safely go on regular walks
  • Be handled comfortably by staff

If your pet cannot be safely handled or does not adjust well during the evaluation, they will not be approved for boarding.

Vaccination Requirements

All animals must be registered in our system with proof of required vaccines at least 1 week prior to their stay.

  • Dogs: Bordetella (within 6 months), Rabies, and DA2P-Parvo
  • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
  • Kittens and puppies must be fully vaccinated

If you are a new client, evaluation must be completed and vaccination records must be submitted beforehand.

If records are missing or vaccines are not up to date during the week of drop-off, a reminder will be sent. If records are not received within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.

Pets must remain up to date on all required vaccines for the entire duration of their stay.

Drop-Off & Facility Requirements

  • Set drop-off and pick-up times are mandatory
  • Late fees may apply if there is no communication

Our boarding facility is located on the lower level of the clinic. Pets must be able to navigate stairs daily. Exceptions may apply for pets under 30 lbs or with certain medical conditions.

If bringing more than 2 pets, please ensure adequate assistance (1 person per 2 pets) when entering the facility.

Health & Safety Requirements

  • Pets must be on flea and parasite prevention
  • Flea prevention must be documented prior to stay

If fleas are found during the stay, you will be notified of the treatment plan and associated cost.

We do not board pets that are ill, recovering, or diabetic pets that are not established clients of our clinic.

Cancellations

  • A cancellation fee may apply if cancelled during the week of the scheduled stay.

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: Pre-set appointment times 9am-11am
